- If you select the wrong size while ordering, Wear Ostrich will not accept returns.
Terms and Conditions for Returns:
- You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
- The product must be in its original condition, with tags intact.
- Items that are used, washed, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return.
- Any customization done by the customer voids the return eligibility.
- The shipping cost for returning the item is borne by the customer.
- Ensure the product is sent back to the same warehouse from where it was dispatched.
- Use a trackable courier service to return the product and share the tracking ID with our customer care team.
- Products received with stains, cuts, or other damage will not be accepted for return.
Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange your product due to size, color, or receiving the wrong item, please email us at admin@wearostrich.com. Mention a valid reason for the exchange in your email, and our customer service team will assist you.
Steps for Exchange:
- Send the product back to us via a trackable courier service at your expense.
- Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it. If approved, we will process your exchange within 15 business days.
Terms and Conditions for Exchange:
- The product must be in its original condition.
- Custom orders are not eligible for exchange.
- Shipping costs for returning the product are borne by the customer.
- Exchanges are free of cost, but customs fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Policy
If you encounter issues such as size discrepancies, color differences, defective products, or items not matching the description, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the product.
Terms and Conditions for Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for purchase.
- The refund process will take 3 business days from the date of approval.
- The refunded amount may take 5-14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement will receive a full refund, excluding any applicable bank charges
- Orders canceled after 24 hours will incur a 30% cancellation fee.
- Orders canceled within 3 days of shipment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Orders already shipped cannot be canceled.
Restocking Fee
For all returns, customers will bear the return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
