  • Custom Orders: Require 12 to 15 business days.

Expedited Shipping

  • Cost: $25 additional charge.
  • Estimated Time: 6 to 8 business days.

Processing Times

  • Orders placed after 1 PMwill be processed on the next business day.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday(excluding public holidays).

Notes

  • Delivery timelines may vary based on product customization and external factors such as weather or customs inspections.
  • Unforeseen delays (e.g., natural disasters, global events) may impact delivery times.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email. It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Monitor the shipment using the tracking details.
  • Coordinate with the courier for any delivery adjustments.

Import Duties and Taxes

  • No customs charges are applied to shipments within the U.S.

International Customers

  • Orders are shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU)
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Tip: Check your local customs regulations for specific fees before placing an order. While we mark most shipments as gifts to minimize customs charges, this cannot be guaranteed.

Damaged or Incorrect Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, please:

  1. Contact our customer care team within 30 daysof receiving the shipment.
  2. Ensure the item is unused, with original tags intact.

Note: Items that have been used or are missing tags are not eligible for return or exchange. For details, refer to our Return and Exchange Policy.

Shipping Limitations

  • We do not deliver to APO, FPO, or PO box addresses.
